recursively_misremembered
recursively_misremembered is an entry for #GameDev101Jam2, which had a theme of "LUCIDITY." It was made in Godot in about three to four days. I know it's tagged as "horror," but it's more... weird, not really scary so much.
This is version 1.02, which reduces the file size a tad and allows window resizing. v1.01 was the game jam version, which fixed a crash-inducing memory leak on Linux and contained a less ear-piercing scene transition sound.
Headphones warning: The default volume can be a bit high.
Controls:
- Walk with arrow keys or WASD
- Press K to interact with objects in the world (which you can do when an exclamation mark pops up)
- Use the mouse to navigate the dialogue system (or a combination of TAB/SHIFT-TAB, SPACEBAR and RETURN, but I don't recommend it)
Objective:
- Explore the rooms until you get to the end
- Read a lot of text probably
